Publication and account

ACTA DIURNA is published by American Business Capital Group Inc. A member account with accurate name and email is required for paid access. Keep control of your sign-in credentials. Purchases are associated with the account used at checkout.

What each purchase includes

A $2 article purchase unlocks the selected premium web article for that member. A $7.99 newspaper purchase unlocks the selected PDF issue and repeat downloads from the member account. Digital costs $19.99 per month and provides premium web article access while active; PDFs are excluded. Library Pass costs $299 per year and provides access to all published articles and PDF editions, including new works published while the pass is active. Markets is a separate planned offering, not included in these purchases.

Renewal and cancellation

Digital renews monthly and Library Pass renews annually until canceled. The price and complete total are displayed before checkout. Cancel renewal from your member account before the next billing date. Access continues through the period already paid for. One-time purchases do not renew. A subscription does not promise continued access to new works after its paid period ends.

Delivery, purchase problems and refunds

Access is provided after payment confirmation. Some payment methods require additional processing time. If a payment is duplicated, access fails or the delivered work is incorrect, submit a request through reader services with the purchase reference. Do not include full card details. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Refunds and disputed payments may result in removal of the corresponding paid access and cancellation of future renewal for that purchase. A new subscription may be purchased separately after any billing issue is resolved.

Permitted use

Purchased access and downloads are for personal reading and use. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or share paid files or member credentials. Third-party images and data retain their identified rights and source credits.

Financial information

Reporting and analysis provide general information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Historical data can be revised, and forecasts or scenarios can be wrong. Verify material facts independently before making decisions. No article guarantees returns or recommends a transaction for a particular reader.

Publication schedule and planned services

New weekly editions are scheduled for Sunday at 5 a.m. Eastern, subject to technical availability and publication readiness. Planned January 1, 2027 apps and Markets capabilities may change before release. The site will identify actual availability rather than treating a planned feature as delivered.

Corrections and availability

Content may be corrected with a dated notice. Contact reader services about a material error or access issue. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
